This Privacy Policy explains how One More Word, operated by Matthew Sloane (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the One More Word iOS app (“the App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account and profile information

• Sign in with Apple identifier and email address, if Apple provides it
• Firebase account identifier
• Username, optional display name, avatar, cosmetics, and profile settings
• Friends, friend requests, blocked-player relationships, and notification preferences

Gameplay and community information

• Words played, scores, game settings, progress, rankings, achievements, rewards, match and challenge records, tournament activity, replays, and leaderboard entries
• Global chat and friend-message content, including replies, edits, reactions, and shared game or challenge cards
• Chat search data needed to return message results
• Reports you submit, including the report category, reported player, selected message and limited message metadata
• Support requests and feedback you send us

Purchase information

• Product identifiers, transaction and receipt identifiers, purchase status, refund or reversal status, and virtual-currency or entitlement records
• Payment-card details are processed by Apple and are not provided to us
